7 Le Carre books, so that will be nice through the winter & long car journeys.

Went to the Ropewalk at Barton-on-Humber after some adult ed market research today.
2 exhibitions on - Eduardo Paolozzi which didn't really 'grab me' although the colours were nice.

Really enjoyed 'Just under the surface' by Malcolm Whittaker. His inspiration is fossils, history & archaeology, which is right up my street. Plenty of food for thought.

Went to a super wedding on Saturday - John Barrett & Caroline Robinson at Ecclesfield, Sheffield.

Lovely church, very nice service (vicar with a good sense of humour) the rain kept off for the important bits, big marquee with free flowing champagne & excellent food. Also excellent company, witty speeches, good band & a good time was had by all.

Have finally decided what to do at half term & booked a cottage at Spean Bridge near Fort William.
